One-Of-A-Kind Tehillim

Harav Chaim Kanievsky shlita and Harav David Abuhazeira shlita have bestowed with a personal berachah in their own handwriting for berachah and yeshu’ah and special hatzlachah

They are thinking about you.
The Gedolei Hador are.
Moreinu Harav Hagaon Hagadol Chaim Kanievsky shlita sits in front of a fancy new Sefer Tehillim and deliberates what to inscribe to you.
Moreinu Harav Hagaon Hatzaddik David Abuhatzeira shlita sits in his modest home up north in Nahariya, and considers how to express his thanks to you, the dedicated donors of Vaad Harabanim. How shall he convey his gratitude and love?
If they could, they would send each and every one of you a unique present.
But since that is not so practical, ten donors will be chosen by raffle to receive a special and personal gift, on behalf of all: a beautiful Sefer Tehillim, inscribed with the personal brochos of the Gedolim, Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita, or Rav David Abuhatzeira shlita, in their own handwriting.
When you have this in your home, you have kedushah in your home. It is a personal present from the Gedolei Hador.

The pleas pile up on the tables of the Gedolim. Buckets of tears are shed in the small home on Rashbam Street. Broken hearts find their way to the modest dwelling in Nahariya. The Gedolei Hador hear, and feel their sorrow. They shed tears together with the Jews before them, and their shoulders bow over with pain and responsibility.
But you make it happen, with your donation. You provide the bread to starving children, and the life-saving treatments to the sick. The Gedolei Hador know about the donations you send, and they know better than anyone how vital this is. Therefore, they specifically want to thank you.

A Light in the Window

This Chanukah, do it right. Do as the Gedolei Hador do, and donate to Vaad Harabanim at the time of Chanukah lighting.
Did you know that every fundraising campaign of Vaad Harabanim is accompanied by teary prayers? We are not talking about the Gedolei Hador now. We are talking about the destitute families that beg Hashem for the campaign to be successful, that people should donate generously, so they will be able to feed and clothe their poor children.
From the outside, you can’t tell who needs tzedakah. The window doesn’t look much different from other windows in the apartment building, lots of people have a simple menorah, that doesn’t prove anything. Unnoticed except by the most observant eye, they glance desperately at the pamphlets from Vaad Harabanim that are distributed to the mailboxes. For them it’s not just a tzedakah campaign, it’s their life hanging in the balance. It’s their children’s food or their spouse’s urgent medical treatment.
